NOTIFICATION

 

 

No. N-15/13/1/13/2005-P&D in pursuance of powers conferred by Section 46(2) of the Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948), read with Regulation 95- A of the Employees’ State Insurance (General) Regulations, 1950, the Director General has fixed the 1st September 2006 as the date from which the medical benefits as laid down in the said Regulation 95-A and the Andhra Pradesh Employees’ State Insurance (Medical Benefit) Rules, 1955 shall be extended to the families of insured persons in the following area in the State of Andhra Pradesh namely

 

“ALL THE AREAS FALLING WITHIN THE LIMITS OF REVENUE VILLAGES OF PEERAMCHERUVU, BAIRAGIGUDA, GANDHAMGUDA, NEKNAMPUR, POPPALGUDA, ALIJAPUR, PANJASHABOULA, POKALWADA, JANI BEGUN, MANI KONDA JAGIR AND MANI KONDA KHALSA IN RAJENDRA NAGAR MANDAL OF RANGA REDDY DISTRICT IN ANDHRA PRADESH”

NOTIFICATION

 

S.O. ___________________________________ : In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948) the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st December, 2006 as the date on which the provisions of Chapter IV (except Sections 44 and 45 which have already been brought into force) and Chapter V and VI (except Sub Section (1) of Section 76 and Sections 77, 78, 79 and 81 which have already been brought into force) of the said Act shall come into force in the following areas in the State of Andhra Pradesh namely:

 

“All the areas falling within the revenue villages of Jaggaiahpet, Garikapadu, Balusupadu, Annavaram, Mukteswarapuram, Ravirala, Vedadri, Jayantipuram, K. Agraharam, Budawada, Tripuravaram, Anumanchipalli, Sher Mohammedpet, Ravikampadu, Tirumalgiri, Torraguntapalem, Chillakallu, Ramachandrunipet in Jaggaiahpet Mandal in Krishna District.

 

Mangollu, Dechupalem, Gopinenipalem, Veerabhadrunipalem, Makkapeta, Bhimavaram in Vatsavai Mandal in Krishna District.

 

AND

 

Nallabandagudem in Kodad Mandal in Nalgonda Duistrict.

Dondapadu in Mellacheruvu Mandal in Nalgonda district”
