सेवानिवृत्त बीमाकृत व्यक्तियों के लिए हितलाभBenefits to Retired IPs

सेवानिवृत्त बीमाकृत व्यक्तियों और स्थायी रूप से अपंग बीमाकृत व्यक्तियों के लिए चिकित्सा हितलाभ Medical Benefit to Retired Insured Persons and Permanent Disabled Insured Persons:-

एक वर्ष में 10/- प्रतिमाह के अगि्रम भुगतान पर चिकित्सा हितलाभ (अधिनियम की धारा 56 के अधीन) प्रदान किया जा सकता है :-On payment of Rs.10/- P.M. in lump sum for one year in advance, Medical Benefit can be provided (under Section 56 of the Act) to:

1. बीमाकृत व्यक्ति तथा उसका/उसकी विवाहिती जो अंशदान के भुगतान की अवधि तक न्यूनतम पांच वर्ष तक बीमाकृत रहने के बाद अधिवर्षिता आयु प्राप्त करने पर बीमा-योग्य रोजगार छोड़ता है |An Insured Person and his or her spouse who leaves insurable employment on attaining the age of superannuation after being insured for not less than five years, till the period for which contribution is paid.
2. बीमाकृत व्यक्ति तथा/अथवा उसका/उसकी विवाहिती जो रोजगार चोट के कारण स्थायी अपंगता के कारण बीमायोग्य रोजगार में नहीं रह पाते हैं, चिकित्सा हितलाभ के हकदार होंगे |An Insured Person and his/her spouse who ceases to be in insurable employment on account of permanent disablement due to employment injury shall be entitled to medical benefit.
